Çalışan Genelgesi

Çalışan Güvenliği Taahhüdümüz Hastanemizde tüm çalışanlarımızın güvenli, sağlıklı ve huzurlu bir çalışma ortamında görev yapması en temel önceliklerimizden biridir. Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın ilgili genelgeleri ve mevzuatına uygun olarak; çalışanlarımızın fiziksel, psikolojik ve mesleki güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla gerekli tüm önlemleri titizlikle uyguluyoruz. Bu kapsamda; şiddetin önlenmesi, risklerin azaltılması, enfeksiyon kontrolü, kişisel koruyucu ekipman temini ve çalışan güvenliği eğitimleri gibi konularda sürekli iyileştirme politikaları yürütmekteyiz. “Beyaz Kod” uygulamamız ile, herhangi bir şiddet veya tehdit durumunda hızlı, etkili ve yasal çerçevede müdahale edilmesini sağlıyoruz. Amacımız; hastalarımıza en iyi hizmeti sunarken, çalışanlarımızın da güven içinde ve yüksek motivasyonla görev yapabileceği bir ortam yaratmaktır.
